What platforms is this compatible with?
The PC version of the Desktop is compatible with Windows 2000/XP and the MAC version is compatible with MAC OSX. The screensaver is only available for PC and is compatible with Windows 200/XP.

Is it safe to install ?
Yes. The application does not contain any spy ware however it will connect to our servers to update scores and live odd details.

How do I set my computer to run the screensaver.
An install procedure is included in the setup program. Download the ZIP file from the link provided, extract all files and then double-click on the EXE file.

How do I start the desktop application?
The desktop application will start when you load your operating system. It is also available within the Start menu items. A shortcut will also be created on the desktop to launch the application.

Are the scores and odds in real time? How does this application update the information?
When connected to the internet, the application receives a live odds feed. Therefore, only when disconnected from the internet, the application will not show real time odds. The scores are not updated in real time, but the final result for will show immediately after each game has finished.

How do I uninstall the desktop application?
1. Click on “Start” on the Windows taskbar
2. then click on Programs or All Programs depending on your version of Windows and set up
3. then click on Startup menu item
4. then right click on the sportingbet program icon and click the delete option. Confirm that you want to delete this item when requested. This will stop the sportingbet application from starting automatically on Windows startup.
5. then Click on “Start” on the Windows taskbar
6. then click on Programs or All Programs depending on your version of Windows and set up
7. then right click on the sportingbet Desktop menu item and click the delete option. Confirm that you want to delete this item when requested.

For MAC: Drag the application to the trash can which will automatically run an uninstall procedure.

How do I uninstall the screensaver?
1. Click on “Start” on the Windows taskbar
2. then select “Settings”
3. then “Control Panel”
4. In the “Control Panel”, select “Add/Remove Programs”
5. Highlight Screensaver and click the “Add/Remove” button.
6. Follow the prompts to uninstall the application
